In the instance that you are unable to make it to your scheduled appointment, we require 24 hour notice otherwise that visit will be forfeited from your health investment plan.

In the instance that you are unable to make it to your functional medicine consultation we require 72 hour advanced notice otherwise that visit will be forfeited from your health investment plan and no refund will be given. We appreciate your understanding.

Our goal is to respect your time and we appreciate your help in staying on schedule. If you are running late we ask that you call and let us know. If you miss your scheduled time, our team will work with you to get you scheduled either later that day or the next.
